The incumbent of this role must effectively action the travel booking process at all levels, resulting in an efficient, able to deal with complex bookings especially within Africa, as well as communicate with foreign clients, highly pressured.

Travel Diploma
Minimum 6 years’ experience with at least 4 being in a senior role in a similar organisation

General Details
Shifts as per below:
Day: A day person - 09h00 – 16h00 Incl 2 public holidays
Shift position (The hours could vary slightly)
Mon – Wed: 13h30 to 23h00 = 9.5 hours, in 2 months everyone does this 3 times (4 staff per shift)
Thur – Fri: 13h30 to 23h00 = 9.5 hours, in 2 months everyone does this 3 times (4 staff per shift)
