Job Description

The incumbent of this role is responsible for providing Internal and external management information reporting. This includes attention to detail and testing of reports.
 The design of reports as per the requirements given by the MIS Data Analyst.
 Must be able to change layouts, colors, and spacing and apply any design changes client requires.
 Adding of different fonts and logo’s.
 Testing reports after design and assure data is displayed correctly.
 Setting up of subscription as per CGM’s instructions.
 Assisting client with any queries on MSTR application.
Design of reports in development and deploying it to production
Ensure constant maintenance of the business system
 Act as a supportive role to Manager; within own team as well as TTS
 Build and maintain business relationships within the team and the business
 Assist in areas of expertise
To assist/research/complete certain projects as the need arises
To complete all ad-hoc reports pertaining to clients & internal requirements as necessary not limited to, but also including all New Business requests

Qualification:
 MicroStrategy
 Business Objects
 Excel – Intermediate
 Competent skills in English (Written and Spoken)
 Basic Accounting Principles
 Knowledge of Travel Industry
