To provide an after-hours support service to traditional and online clients in line with their respective Travel Policies and Service Level Agreements.

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
Diploma in Travel & Tourism / equivalent NQF Level 5.
Min 5 years international consulting experience (NON Negotiable)
Extensive understanding of corpora.te agreements and fare.
Ability to work shifts, including night shift, weekends and public holidays (Compensation in line with Labor Law Requirements)
