Job Description

To provide an after-hours support service to all traditional and online clients in line with their respective Travel Policies and Service Level Agreements.

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
Diploma in Travel & Tourism / equivalent NQF Level 5.
Min 3 years domestic and regional consulting experience.
Extensive understanding of corporate agreements and fares.
Ability to work shifts, including night shift, weekends and public holidays (Compensation in line with Labor Law Requirements)
