Job Description

• Available to Senior Executives and their immediate families only (i.e. Board members, CEO, CFO)
• Providing an elite service for high-level staff members requiring personalised attention and discretion including one-on-one face-to-face consultations
• Enhanced, speedier turnaround times
• To strive toward overall company and product objectives
• To ensure that any complaints are an exception and to ensure they are resolved promptly
• Focus Preferred Suppliers
• Ability to handle pressure and volume, personal accountability
• Offering a consistent extra mile service while adhering to the SOP and SLA e.g restaurants, theatre, online check in, frequent flyer miles bookings etc.
• To be able to assist the VIP clients after hours if required
• Prepared to have personal one on one interaction at the client’s office/home if required
• Own transport
To handle all aspects of travel for the top EXCO of our corporate clients

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
Knowledge
• Minimum 7 years Travel Experience
• Financial awareness
• Product Knowledge and understanding of trends and development within the Travel industry
• Good Geographical Knowledge – well travelled
• Detailed and in-depth knowledge and understanding of the structure, operations, systems, systems and procedures of the organisation
• Knowledge and work on the Amadeus/Galileo GDS
• Issue full domestic, regional and point-to-point international reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B etc
• Accurately complete all reissues
• Ability to complete all refunds accurately
• Ensure corporate fares are utilized
• Understanding and adhering to the clients’ travel policies and procedures
• The ability to advise the solution to the problem
• A client centric mentality, with consistent extra mile service
• Ability to build relationships with TTS clients
• Immediate attention to any client complaint
• Adhere to TTS /client turnaround times
• Attendance of company meetings and functions/team building
• Building and maintain multi- level relationship within TTS
• Networking at industrial related events
