Inventory & Revenue Control Department
* Managing/Control all allocated flights on a daily basis to ensure maximum passenger load on all flights and all related special requirements/post departure processes are finalized.
* Pre-flight checks on all flights to ensure all passengers are ticketed and no duplicate bookings exist.
* Clearing all queues for waitlists, special requests (UMNR’s / MEDA’s), and confirmations of meals.
* Serve as a helpdesk for agents and passengers.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
* The minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
* Extensive knowledge of relevant CRS (Computer Reservation System).
* Must have ticketing experience.
