• Must able to handle all regional, Corporate and International Bookings
• Understanding Visa requirements
• Competent in Re Issue, VMPD
• Ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills in English
• Experience and in-depth knowledge with regards to fares and ticketing
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
