Attendance of the staff quarterly meeting and ensure attendance of all your staff
Approve and encourage training and development as per development plan for their respective team members
Knowledge of staff’s Job descriptions and ensuring they are adhered to
Consult and assisting clients
Drive staff motivation and communication
Drive customer service and booking conversion
Individual monthly 1/1’s with the team
Attending and resolving customer complaints with urgency
Training co-ordination and encourage
Acknowledgement of staff compliments
No tickets to be on the uninvoiced ticket list
The ability to advise or seek solutions to problems
Spot check consultant booking files
Preferred partner drive - ability to change support instantly
Meet given targets
Understanding of Amadeus
Sell all local / regional and international / flights / accommodation / car hire / transfers
Work out fares and upgrades including RTW fares
Process visas correctly and timeously
Fare build
