Job Description
General Purpose
To create/change/cancel Domestic/Regional/ International Travel Bookings including air and land arrangements for business and personal travel.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Accurate Domestic/Regional/International Travel Bookings on GDS and Internet
* Excellent Domestic/Regional/International Airfare knowledge on GDS and Internet
* Nett remit, IT fares and manual fare builds
* Process refunds
* Advising clients about passports, vaccinations/health requirements, visa, foreign exchange and travel insurance
* Updating client profiles on GDS
* Meeting sales targets as set out by the travel manager
* Providing customer itineraries for all travel bookings
* Ensure travel orders/written confirmation are received in advance for all bookings before processing
* Up to date/accurate invoicing of air tickets every day
* Vouchers created for all land bookings
* Liaising with suppliers
* Undertaking general administration
* Dealing with Complaints
* Using and updating IT skills
* Assist Junior staff

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Education & Training
Degree, Diploma in Travel and Tourism or equivalent qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
+ 3 years Consulting experience. Galileo, Quicktrav, paper trail and Microsoft word ,excel and outlook
