Job Description
• Facilitation of a professional travel management structure and relationship
between TWF and its client
• Implementation and structuring of Service Level Agreements
• Ensure all corporate agreements are in place in order to finalise Travel
Policy
• New account implementation workshops
• Facilitating handover of new business into the administration division of
the business
• Providing Travel Advisors with Travelers profiles links and the overall
maintenance of all traveler profiles throughout the client contract
• Client liaison and service
• Ensuring MIS info is updated for new clients and ensuring that they have
access to on-line reports , monthly management reports and financial info
• Updating of internal monthly management reports
• Submit call report to National Sales & marketing Manager on a weekly &
monthly basis
• Submit monthly client report to National Sales & Marketing Manager
regarding appointments and problem areas
• Arranging of educationals / breakfast/ clients functions and liaison with
new business
• Organise corporate travel workshops
• Relationship management and corporate gifting.
• Monthly evaluations regarding corporate structures. process flows and
procedures
• Presenting training to clients on Travel Policies and Procedures, Supplier
and Product knowledge
• Ensuring up to date knowledge of products and suppliers
• Facilitate quarterly review meetings, prepare quarterly review feedback to
clients
• Follow up on payment queries and outstanding payments
• Arrange exhibitions/ Golf days and client sports days.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
• Good product knowledge & sound geographical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills , both written and spoken
• Full understanding and use of:
• Computer literate in office and a good ability to work with excel
• Corporate and private fares and other supplier deals
• Full understanding and ability to negotiate service fees
• Time management: ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines
• Ability to handle pressure and volume –multitasked
• Attendance to company meetings and functions/team building
• Travel industry background
Minimum requirements
• Marketing/PR Qualification
• Highly computer literate, e.g. Power point and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license is essential
• Own vehicle
• 3-5 year’s experience in a sales or similar role within the travel industry
