Job Description
• Receive and resolve travel queries from clients, e.g. provide assistance to the client in the event that they are stranded, missed the flight, etc.
• Act in accordance with the instructions from each corporate client and in line with information as loaded in the various client BAR’s
• Manage all booking in accordance with client Travel Policy and Service Level Agreements
• Provide booking confirmation to the client once bookings have been made with suppliers
• Ensure that all booking changed and assisted are recorded properly and the necessary information passed on for accurate billing
• Ensure maximum and optimum utilization of computer systems (Galileo, LogiWiz)
• Maintain operating procedures and Call Centre procedures to ensure client satisfaction and limit revenue loss
• Exceed customer service expectations as per mutual expectations
• Provide accurate, professional quotes and confirmations to clients
Obtain the best possible options on fares when reissuing/ rerouting

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
• Diploma in Travel & Tourism / equivalent NQF Level 5
• Min 3 years domestic and regional consulting experience
• Extensive understanding of corporate agreements and fares
• Desire to grow; customer driven and able to handle pressure
Ability to work shifts, including night shift, weekends and public holidays (Compensation in line with Labor Law Requirements)
