Job Description
This is a senior role for a highly experienced Retail Travel expert with a minimum of four years experience in a similar position. The primary focus in this position is to retain, grow, develop and profitably manage various client portfolio's. This includes all aspects of Client Management including financial management, budgeting and forward planning, relationship building, managing and encouraging preferred supplier partnerships and client presentations.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Must have sound financial understanding, be highly computer literate, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, in-depth understanding of the Retail Travel Industry and have extensive experience in Client Relationship Management - either as an Account Manager or CGM.
