Responsible for providing travel services for Leisure clients, handling any deviation travel requests, focusing on client's requests and requirements. This is inclusive of air, hotels, packages, car hire and any travel related services. Also responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service to clients and corporate referral business..

Qualification:
5+ years as a Senior Leisure Consultant (Team Leader experience advantageous)

Fares course successfully completed
Knowledge of inter-airline policies and endorsement procedures
Understanding and ability to interpret, explain and follow fare rules
Full understanding of BSP
Fully conversant with preferred partners frequent flyer programmes
Full understanding of forex
Full understanding of insurance
Full understanding and use of fare finder/best fare on the day
Full understanding and use of Amadeus
Full understanding and use of SAM
Full understanding and use of CRM
Ability to distinguish a misquote by an airline or colleague
