Job Description

Responsible for the promoting and selling of group travel and holiday arrangements by providing world class service in order to achieve sales targets in line with company goals. The successful candidate will manage potential and existing group bookings from inception to completion

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
Travel Diploma
Minimum 3 years’ experience in handling groups and incentive travel packages
Experience in presenting face to face to potential customers
Excellent global product knowledge and travelled internationally will be an advantage
Computer literacy – MS-Word, Excel, MS-Outlook
Experience with Amadeus or other GDS system
Practical experience in reading an understanding Contracts and Service Level Agreements
Practical experience in constructing costings and travel itineraries and experience in compiling group proposals and presentations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong calculation and negotiation skills
Must have an understanding of accounting and financial principles
