Job Description

* Responsible for calling on travel trade to promote the Emirates Holidays product offering.
* Ensure that product, promotion plans and sales strategies are understood and implemented, to give the greatest positive impact at retail & trade levels.
* To co-ordinate sales activities in the region.
* To identify strengths and weaknesses and changing market trends .
* Implement sales strategies to ensure that the trade and the public in general are made aware of the existence, variety, competitive prices and quality of leisure products available.
* Achieve/exceed leisure sales targets set to support the planned growth of the organisation.
* Gather intelligence on activities and market trends and provide feedback in a report format to other relevant units.
* Filter market intelligence to identify opportunities or threats that could affect leisure sales in the relevant markets and report on these.

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
* Must have solid understanding of distribution patterns in the travel industry
* Must be able to work independently within preset guidelines and be results oriented.
* Capable of adapting to constantly changing markets and giving clear and objective direction to subordinates.
* Should be highly motivated towards success.
* Previous sales experience an advantage
* Should have travelled extensively.
