You will be responsible for all travel bookings at all levels. Quality control & reservations. Ability to update travellers profiles.

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
• Team player
• Travel experience (either personal or professional)
• Matric
• Minimum of 4 years corporate consulting experience
• Proficient in Amadeus (including ticketing and reissues)
• MS Office, Outlook, Excel and Word
• Good geography, destination and product knowledge
• Outgoing and approachable with excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced international fares and ticketing (multi destination and reissues)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to excel under pressure
• Excellent organisational skills
• Passion for travel and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Drivers licence and own car
