Job Description
• Receive travel requests from corporate clients
• Obtain the best possible rates from suppliers for car hire, hotel and airline bookings
• Compile a quotation on the travel package and forward this to the client
• Arrange bookings as per the approved quote from the client
• Provide booking confirmation to the client once bookings have been made with suppliers
• Confirm final travel bookings with the client
• Receive a package order or booking form from the client indicating that the client has accepted the confirmation of the bookings
• Issue the travel documents, i.e. car hire, hotel and airline vouchers to the client via email
• Read and research information in order to remain abreast with changes within the market

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
• Certificate / Diploma in Travel and Tourism / equivalent NQF Level 5
• 3 years relevant work experience
• Galileo and Basic Fares experience
• Ability to work in a pressurized environment
