This includes - but not limited to - developing learning programmes, employee development, design of training material, facilitation, training needs analysis and much more.

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
This is a senior role for a highly experience, qualified Training Facilitator.
Essential to this position is an in-depth knowledge and understanding of all aspects of staff Training and Development with relevant qualifications such as Train the Trainer and Assessor accreditation.
