Job Description
This position is for a strong and dynamic person to manage international incentive programmes. The incentive manager is responsible for managing some large events and incentives for large corporate companies. Responsibilities include everything from obtaining the brief from a client through to managing and implementing all aspects of the trip.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
• Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Diploma in Travel and Tourism)
• At least 10 year’s experience in the incentive and eventing industry - Incentive experience is essential
• Galileo experience - an added advantage
• Proactive with good organizational skills
• Good people skills / Client service skills
• Tour leading experience important (must be available to travel with groups)
• Own car and drivers license
