Ability to develop Top TipsEnsure compliance with CATHSSETA and NQF legislations
Take account in designing learning programmes and facilitate training tests for employees
Co-ordinate and deliver learnership programEnsure that costs for the department are kept to the minimal
Build relationships with customers and ensuring involvement in Ops meetings
Provide telephonic support
Provide hand holding when required
Feedback and follow through to ensure staff members are UpSkilled as per their development plans(Skill-Up and PDP plansFacilitate training
Ensure professional delivery of all training Develop training material for technical training and soft skills
Training material must be in line with the NQF and SAQA requirements
Quality Assure all training material
Evaluation of training programs
Develop training resources
Design and co-ordinate staff training based on the organisations and employees needs
