Job Description
Set up Tours.
* Including costings & packages.
* Quotes & bookings.
* Deal with administration – invoicing clients, updating booking sheets, paying suppliers, etc.
* Prepare all docs once booking confirmed e.g. vouchers, itineraries etc.
* Bookings – ensure all details confirmed with suppliers.
* Follow ups on quotes as well as bookings.
* Issuing travel insurance.
* Tour guide when necessary.
* Assist with flights & issuing tickets (Galileo essential).

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Galilieo essential.
6 months to a year experience is an advantage but not a must.
A bright and bubbly personality is a must.
Natural sales skills are essential.
Overseas Travel experiences is a huge+
