Purpose and Context of the Job
Comair Limited, a JSE listed Aviation Company, is looking for applicants for a Ticket Admin Assistant based in Randburg, Gauteng at the Comair Travel offices. The Ticket Admin Assistant is responsible to provide ticketing & administrative support to the Processing Unit to ensure the smooth running of the ticketing & document production process.
Key Performance Areas
• To action all incoming work in order to obtain details from customers & issue tickets
• To liaise with internal & external customers regarding payment/ ticketing issues.
• To prepare a full set of travel documents for email, to send to customers.
• To regularly liaise and work closely with relevant departments to ensure proper communication to team and customers.
• To assist with telephone answering & ensure calls are forwarded to the relevant individual.
• To ensure that all documents are invoiced & process admin related function.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
• Grade 12 (Essential)
• At least 1 year Travel & Tourism qualification (Essential)
• GDS qualification (Essential)
• 6 months admin/ reservations experience in a travel agency environment (Essential)
• Computer Literacy - Excel, Word & Email (Essential)
• Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus or Sabre) (Essential)
