Job Description
Candidate must be able to successfully plan and execute a conference / event from the planning stage.
• Source and provide client with accurate proposals for all services required
(venues, accommodation, décor, transfers etc.)
• Pre and post event meetings with clients
• Rate negotiations with suppliers
• Must be willing to travel and co-ordinate events on site
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
• 3 Years experience as a conference / event co-ordinator in South Africa
• Ms Outlook, Word, Excel, Quicktrav
• License and own car

General Details
Candidate must have sound knowledge of the conference industry, especially with Government clients.
