Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
+2 Years experience in Human Resources and Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
Valid drivers license

General Details
1. Provide recruitment administration support.
2. Provide employees and management support by explaining policies and procedures.
3. Handle Human Capital related queries.
4. Administer the performance management system.
5. Enter data into HR system so that accurate records are maintained.
6. Provide data for and prepare management information reports
7. Maintain employee files and safeguard them for documentation
8. Provide support in disciplinary processes.
9. Assist with development and maintenance of Human Capital policies and procedures.
