Job Description

Second level support for applications used within AMEX. To assist with the day to day efficient operation in resolving logged calls together with maintaining and updating the Master data and assisting with various projects and the testing and implementation of new processes and future applications.
• Second level support
• Providing applicable applications support
• Testing applicable version updates or processes
• Create / change / delete – Master Data Maintenance
• Act as a supportive role to Team Leader, within own team.
• Build and maintain good relationships within the team.
• Build relationships and support all business units.
• Build and maintain good relationships with all TTS business units including Directors, Sales, SRM’s, In-house consultants and team leaders, etc.
• Pro-actively work with General Manager to grow team.
• Assist in areas of expertise

Qualification:
• Matric qualification
• Diploma/Certificate in travel (advantage)
• Galileo and Amadeus (advantage)
• Competent skills in English (verbally and electronically)
• Basic accounting principles
• SAM / AGM experience (advantage)
