Required Qualifications

Qualification:
Minimum 7 years Travel Experience
Financial awareness
Product Knowledge and understanding of trends and development within the Travel industry
Good Geographical Knowledge
Fare course 1-3
GDS Certificate (Amadeus)
Detailed and in-depth knowledge and understanding of the structure, operations, systems and procedures of the organisation

Software:
Knows and understands software packages required to perform own job function (Amadeus SAM & AGM)

General Details

Ensuring that service level agreements and client’s Balance scorecard are adhered to as per clients signed agreement.
Adhering to clients travel policy
Ability to do quality control
Ensure that leave is co-ordinated / signed and send to your Operations Manager.
Ensure that Companies Risk Management is adhered to and maintained.
Responsible for team building.
Responsible for account queries / clients matching.
Responsible for all reporting such as weekly ECC reports, Open E ticket and refund reports, open voucher reports, LCC tracking, corporate deal tracking, consultant productivity, checking daily for un-invoiced tickets and reporting thereof to Operations Manager
Weekly staff meetings and monthly one-on-one’s with staff
Quarterly staff KPA’s
Assisting staff with queries and complaints.
Responsible in assisting to clear ADMs.
Responsible for ensuring Debtors and cash sales are clear at the end of each month.
Responsible for ensuring staff complete all invoicing / receipting etc for month end.
Assuring that team assessments are done.
Responsible for keeping Operations Manager up to date on account.
Responsible to meet deadlines for information requested by Operations Manager.
Ensuring staff are aware of changes and updates.
Ensuring that targets are met.
Ensuring expenses are kept to a minimum and an understanding of an income statement.
Ability to up skill staff and train staff – career pathing
Ability to ensure systems are in place or to put systems in place
