Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Marketing Supervisor
- Corporate Communication
- Create and maintain a positive image of CX in the region
- Crisis media management
- Organise specific marketing promotional or PR events
- Co-ordinate press familiarisation trips
- Process all Customer Relations issues to the mutual satisfaction of company and the customer
- Customer Relations; dealing with customer complaints while retaining the relationship.
- Social Responsibility
- Loyalty Marketing

Qualification:
- Honest, reliable and trustworthy individual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Individual must be able to work independently with a high degree of initiative
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Forward planning and organizing skills
- Computer literate
- Flexible team player
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to become involved and contribute to the company’s success
- Fluent in English
- 2-3 years experience
