This is a top Senior Management role for a highly skilled, experienced Retail Travel expert.
Take full responsibility for the management of a team of GM's to ensure continued client retention and growth and identifying opportunities for additional revenue.
Market and promote all products available within the Organisation to clients across Africa in order to increase profitability and grow market share. Liaise at all levels with both clients and preferred partners and create sound relationships within both.
Ensure all Service Level Agreements are adhered to, negotiate client fees annually, prepare and present financial reports, manage and develop staff, negotiate with suppliers, draw up a sound business plan for each client and ensure it is adhered to.

Qualification:
Essential to this role is a minimum of four years experience in staff management including experience in a Global Client Management position.
Must be highly computer literate, have sound financial acumen, above average negotiating skills and exceptional verbal and written communication ability.
Degree in Business Management preferred.
