KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTITUDE REQUIRED
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
Ability to fulfil the client’s needs from an accounting perspective
Document delivery – invoices, supplier invoices, monthly statements etc
All client queries to be resolved timeously
Payments to be collected according to client’s contract terms
Monies received to be receipted and allocated
Full reconciliations are to be performed monthly with detailed explanations as to reason for unpaid amount, action plan and responsible person highlighted
Age Analysis meetings where answers are expected
Adhoc requests from line manager
