The incumbent of this role must effectively action the travel booking process at all levels, resulting in an efficient, effective and cost conscious travel service delivery that differentiates Tourvest Travel Services. Ensure the ongoing of all-encompassing viability of the Tourvest Travel Services division The consultant will need to assist clients with navigational support and technical queries with reference to the online booking system
Ability to work on the Amadeus/Galileo GDS
Issue full domestic and international reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B etc
Accurately complete all reissues
Ability to complete all refunds accurately
Ensure corporate fares are utilized
Ensure that all fees are correctly charged at time of ticketing including invoicing and referral bookings
No tickets to be on the uninvoiced ticket list
All ECC charges invoiced out the following day
All vouchers correctly issued and emailed to the client and supplier
Cost conscious for both TTS and the clientUnderstanding and adhering to the clients’ travel policies and procedures
The ability to advise the solution to the problem
A client centric mentality, with consistent extra mile service
Ability to build relationships with TTS clients
Immediate attention to any client complaint
Adhere to TTS /client turnaround times
The ability to do the following in Travelit:
Load a user
User details - Be able to allocate roles and cost centres and unlock the user
Loading VIP Travellers and Allocating the Role and comments as well as Updating
Allocate travel policy by user / Send Registration mails
Update current cost centres with correct approval groups
Load approval Group and Allocate people to the group
Load cost centre and allocate the roles and update to the correct BU
Load a new BU / Account Number / credit card - Maybe only Seniors
Ability to handle pressure and volume
Offering a consistent extra mile service while adhering to the SOP and SLA
Overall understanding of the Travelit online system
Ability to build a client site in order to understand the system in its entirety
Driving client adoption update
