Job Description
To co-ordinate and effectively manage all on-line and strategic off-line implementations with the key outcome being the successful delivery of service to clients and improved client retention. The position is also responsible for constant liaison with clients and suppliers to develop collaborative, proactive and meaningful partnerships.
• Experience in travel operations is mandatory and experience in dealing with on-line systems would be an advantage.
• An ability to communicate at all levels with strong influencing and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage the complexities of the various stakeholder relationships
• High level presentation skills and confident at public speaking
• Negotiation, training and selling skills (selling a concept)
• Strong client orientation, problem solving capabilities and organisation skills
• Project management skills and experience
• Ability to meet tight deadlines - time and self management
• Excellent PC Literacy in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS Project
