Travel and Tourism Diploma (adv)
Extensive knowledge and contracts for restaurants, shows, tours etc. around the world
No bad credit rating (must be ITC Clear)

General Details
The Concierge will be employed to work from a travel co. must emanate from the travel industry i.e. hotel, resort, casino and cruise ship etc. Must be able to deal with corporates for business, as well as for their personal travel arrangements / activities.
The concierge must be knowledgeable locally as well as internationally in terms of venues and special events etc. and listens to the requests made by Private Wealth Travel Coordinator and be able to offer solutions or recommendations tailored to their needs.
Communication Skills :
A large aspect of communication is the ability to listen and evaluate. He or she must learn to not only to listen to what the customer is saying, but also to what isn't being said. It's the Concierge's responsibility to read between the lines and ask the right questions.
