- Leisure travel consultant
- Quote clients for leisure travel bookings worldwide.
- Liaise with customer to determine destination, travel dates, budget considerations, and accommodation required.
- Collect payment from customer.
- Book airline tickets, hotel accommodation, car hire, coach tours, transfers etc.
- Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel suppliers.
- Provide customer with travel information, such as local customs, points of interest, or foreign country regulations.
- Print or send travel documentation.
- Investigate complaints regarding safety violations.
- Follow-up with client after travel completed.
- Build client relationships
