Job Description
You will be responsible for all ticketing, amendments, reissues and bank payment processes for the business during After Hours shifts; 16:00 - 00:00 on weekdays including public holiday and weekend work.
Responsibilities of Role:
- Actioning all ticketing related queries and processes from all departments
- Providing world-class customer service to our clients.
- Responsible for all accounting and invoicing relating to the payment of airline tickets and Travelstart products.
- Processing of credit card and bank payments resulting in tickets being issued or reissued, in an accurate and timely manner.
- Fraud profiling for all South African credit card payments for all online bookings and assistance where needed for other departments and markets.
- Processing of amendments and reissues accurately and according to the IATA fare rules
- Respond to all relevant inbound phone calls as required from customers
- Respond to all relevant inbound SMS' and emails from customers.
- Maintain a high quality standard set out by the quality procedure and company policy.
- Queue management.

Qualification:
Technical Skills Requirements:
- 2 Years knowledge of Amadeus (not an interface), Fares, Ticketing and Invoicing systems
- Must have access to ADSL
- English Essential
