The position is responsible for client relationship management functions including:
Client cost analysis and management
Revenue generation through cross- and up selling and fee management.
Client process management
Managing and or facilitating the resolution of client queries
Fee, contract and SLA monitoring or management through initial compilation, timeous implementation and continuous review.
The key focus areas of the position relate to relationship management, client and internal cost management together with service management between HRG Rennies Travel, suppliers and the client with the view to growing and retaining profitability. The position is also responsible for ensuring required client project and process initiatives are timeously and effectively implemented and managed.
The position revolves around 80% client relationship management and 20% analysis.
