Travelstart is looking for an
After Hours Ticketing Agent.
Our After Hours Ticketing Agents are responsible for all ticketing, amendments, reissues and bank payment processes for the business on the After Hours Team. The team currently works from home. Core working hours are 16H00 - 01H00 including Public Holidays and weekend work.

Salary
Basic + provident + 50% contribution to principle member (travelstart employee) medical aid
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Responsibilities of Role:
- Provide world-class customer service to our clients;
- Actioning all ticketing related queries and processes from all departments;
- Responsible for all accounting and invoicing relating to the payment of airline tickets and Travelstart products;
- Processing of credit card and bank payments resulting in tickets being issued or reissued, in an accurate and timely manner;
- Fraud profiling for all South African credit card payments for all online bookings and assistance where needed for other departments and markets;
- Processing of amendments and reissues accurately and according to the IATA fare rules;
- Respond to all relevant inbound phone calls as required from customers;
- Respond to all relevant inbound SMS' and emails from customers;
- Maintain a high quality standard set out by the quality procedure and company policy; and
- Queue management.
