Travelstart is looking for a
Guest Team Agent (day & night)
You will be responsible for interacting with clients across various platforms (telephone, emails and chats) and delivering world class customer services .

Basic + provident + 50% contribution to principle member (travelstart employee) medical aid
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Technical skill requirements:
- Efficient working knowledge of Amadeus;
- Minimum one year's experience in travel essential;
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
- Problem analysis and problem-solving;
- Flexibility;
- English essential;
- Afrikaans or other languages is a plus.

General Details
Please note After Hours (night) hours:
You will be responsible for interacting with clients across various platforms by delivering world class customer services during After Hours shifts; 15:00 - 00:00 on weekdays with rotational weekends and Public Holiday shifts. At this stage you will be able to work from home.
