Reporting directly to the Tours Manager, this role will suit a highly experienced In-Bound expert. Lead great team of travel consultants and ensure the ongoing success of the division.
Liaise with agents, DMC's, suppliers, third party suppliers and internal teams regarding developments with and needs of travellers.
Ensure all itineraries and communication documents sent to agents are of the highest standard and meet the clients' request and budget.
In addition, handle all staff matters such as leave, performance appraisals, training, product updates etc. Produce monthly progress and financial reports including developmental suggestiions and staffing needs.

Qualification:
Must have previous supervisory experience in a Tour Operating environment and a minimum of three years in-bound experience at senior level.
Excellent communication skills, strong leadership ability and the ability to motivate and grow the teams' out-put are essential.
