Map process into our business to arrive at clear understanding of its position or potential
Manage and/or attend internal and external meetings regarding products where applicable
Create non-technical specification once clear product definition received from Product Innovation team
Liaise between developers or rest of business & the involved party for development requirements
Manage the testing of the product or process
Create product sheets of product or process creation or change with support of Corporate Communications team
Create product manual where applicable
Communication piece creation with finalization by Corporate Communication
Conduct internal product training handing over to Application Support for 1st line support.
Creation of client specific customized iSuite portals
Assist Rennies Travel staff with product related guidance
Deliver expected outcomes within deadlines and goals set as per project plan
Maintain and grow relationships with all 3rd party suppliers and partners including HRG International and HRG African Partners

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Galileo certificate (essential) and a travel related qualification (an advantage) with Travel-related experience at Intermediate being lowest accepted
Essential skills are: Technical awareness, meticulous attention to detail, systems and process focussed and awareness, associational thinking and team player.
Must show knowledge of travel-related products
MS Office Project and MS Office Visio qualifications an advantage
Behavioral competencies: Communication, Planning & Organizing, Relationship Management, Excellent command of the written and spoken English language, Presentation and Training skills, Influencing skills with superb time management
MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office Project qualifications required with MS Visio an advantage
