Qualification:
Good customer relations and service delivery skills
• 3-5 years Travel industry background with intense knowledge of AMADEUS (Travel Agency/Airlines)
• Team player that can think on the spot and manage high pressure situations
• Happy to work on your own during shifts
• Attention to detail and good with admin
• Portuguese as a first or second language – advantageous
• Own vehicle and drivers license essential
