Job Description

Responsible for creating and selling travel arrangements to clients by effectively actioning the booking process and to sell profitably and consistently achieve personal targets.

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
• Travel Diploma
• 5 years + practical experience in creating and selling travel packages in a Corporate/Leisure Retail Travel environment with proven experience of reaching sales targets.
• Extensive Global Product and Geographical Travel Industry Knowledge
• Practical working experience with Amadeus and Fares and ticketing experience
• Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office Applications - Outlook, Word
• High accuracy and concentration, focusing on detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Ability to interact with all levels of management, colleagues and clients)
• Ability to effectively manage time and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Able to work towards a target and meet deadlines
• Strong Sales Skills
• Strong Administrative Skills
• Results orientated
• Strong organisational abilities
• Must be a team player
