We are looking for a
Schedule Change Agent.
As a Schedule Change Agent you will work within the Schedule Change Team assisting passengers with their schedule changes and miss connections on their bookings.
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact telephonic and written consultation with clients – offering the options of amending, cancelling their flight booking. Constantly maintaining a high quality and error free handling of tasks.
Expectations:
- Servicing clients via phone and email within a designated time frame;
- Monitoring bookings that have been placed on the schedule change queue;
- Offering clients options to reservations (eg finding alternative flights/dates etc);
- Working with and applying airline rules on all reservations;
- Updating bookings with changes after confirming with client and sending out updated information;
- Reissue of tickets;
- Close cooperation with suppliers in order to find best solution for clients;
- Maintaining good and improving existing or initiating new relationships with suppliers; and
- Providing excellent customer service adhering to quality and quantity standards as specified by Travelstart.
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Skills Requirement
- Efficient working knowledge of Amadeus (or other GDS);
- Through understanding of airlines rules and regulations; and
- Minimum 2 years travel experience.
