Job Description

The main objective of this role is to be a member of the Corporate team issuing/reissuing tickets on Galileo and providing basic consulting services for the Corporate clients using the Club Travel On-line Booking System whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting the Company brand.

Required Qualifications

Qualification:

Experience Required: 2-5 years

Competencies / Skills:

• Minimum 1 years consulting and 3 years ticketing experience using Galileo
• Proficient with manual fare builds and re-issues
• Excellent organisational skills • Ability to prioritise work
• Effective team player
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
