Managing and monitoring Consultants.
Must be able to build supplier relationships and manage Supplier agreements for clients.
Monitor Company Business Targets for H/O.
Control Galileo and Travel Soft software to align with company policy.
Participate in the strategic planning and competitive positioning of the business supplier relations and negotiations.
Liaise with all departments of the company; in-houses, finance, sales and marketing as well as key account management.
Managing and Monitoring support staff functions and performance

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Diploma or degree in Tourism Management
5 to 8 years relevant experience in the management of a large Travel Management Company
Proven track record in operations management
Financial skills with the ability to compile budgets and financial reports
Excellent communication and report writing skills
Galileo ( Smartpoint and Quicktrav essential )
