Travel and Itinerary Processing:
Determine needs and research potential solutions and options for the client
Process bookings and issue documents where applicable
Upsell & facilitate value adding products.
Airport Assistance:
Access airside to assist with “Meet and Greet”
Assistance with passport control – fast track services for VIP’, special permission to waiver health requirements where possible.
 
 
 
 
Technology Adoption:
Apply available technology to all deliverables and outputs
Facilitate Workshop:
Train internal & external customers on Visa and Home Affairs regulation and process
Reports:
Month –end revenue financial reports
 
Retention
Client Experience Management
Personalised Transfers for VIP travellers
Delivery of travel documentation to airports, offices and homes
On-the spot personalised guidance at various locations: walk through process
Resolve Client Queries/Complaints
Adhere to Client policies and Contractual Agreements
Facilitate Home Affairs and Visa Application for Clients
Assistance with Emergency Visa,  including
Meeting our travellers at the embassy to facilitate the smooth processing of a visa application
Assisting with appointment times at the embassy to ensure processing in the quickest turnaround time possible
Keeping the travellers informed about their visa and passport application status every step of the way
Facilitating payments through our lodged card with some of the visa application centres to speed up the application process

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
Diploma in Travel and Tourism
5 years plus experience in the retail travel industry
