Daily review of the Debtors Age Analysis and distribution of documentation to the operational leaders of the business.
Monitor and matching of documents to the debtors accounts
Managing clients handed over and legal process to be followed
Deadlines to be met and documents to be presented in an appropriate fashion to the clientsEnsure that invoicing takes place timeously and accurately
All invoice queries to be resolved within 24 hours and escalation procedures to be followed after thatEnsure all payments to suppliers are made within the relevant time frames (Local and International)
Complaint resolution is critical – communication with supplier and OPS
100% accurate allocation of supplier payments
Act as a liason between the Operations and Finance divisions
Accountable for the calculation of commission payments to the ITC’s and Brokers. Calculation of the commission payouts to the Leisure staff
Attend to all adhoc tasks that may be assigned to you by the Financial Manager and Chief Financial Office
Assist Auditors as and when they require information to complete the audit. If unsure, always ask the Financial Manager
Supply management with accurate and reasonable figures to assist with decision making regarding the future of the business.
