Main purpose of this role is to maintain and monitor all software applications pertaining to Company's main business functions. This includes providing support on main applications, updating ICT knowledge base and relevant documentation, logging problems, changes and system incidents via main system, reporting to Systems Manager on all aspects of software applications and keeping users updated on all system developments.
In addition, the Support Engineer will be required to train users on all applications and systems, participate in system upgrades, manage situations where system demand exceeds capacity, assist in driving improvement initiatives and identify risks and opportunities and act accordingly.

Qualification:
Must have exceptional ICT knowledge, understanding and implementation skills, have great communication skills and have above average problem solving skills.
Additional experience essential to this position include MS SQL scripting knowledge, financial systems support know-how, Crystal Reports and appication support experience. RMS, Tourplan and ACCPAC know-how advantageous
