Required Qualifications
Qualification:
INTERMEDIATE CONSULTANT
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a corporate travel role
- Strong Domestic Fares knowledge
- Good Regional Fares Knowledge
- Some International travel reservation experience is preferable
- Very strong knowledge and experience in reissues is mandatory
- Strong Galileo/Smartpoint, including the full ticketing, reissuing and refunds
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Flexible approach with problem solving ability
- Strong Time Management
- Passion for delivering customer service excellence
- IATA/UFTAA Certification an advantage
- MS Office, Outlook, Excel & Word Knowledge required
- Experience on Quicktrav preferred
- Must have travelled
- Matric/Grade 12
- Candidate must be highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
