Job Description
The main objective of this role is to be a member of the Ticketing Department issuing tickets on Amadeus and Travelport Galileo efficiently and optimally.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Minimum 2 -5 years Travel experience
- Strong Knowledge of Amadeus / Galileo and MS Office.
- Must have ticketing experience, as well as relevant and updated fares and ticketing knowledge.
- Minimum 2 years GDS experience working with Amadeus or Galileo for intermediate and 3 years for a senior candidate.
- Must be experienced in Advanced Fares, Manual Fare builds, Refunds, Reissues etc.
- Excellent geographical knowledge and preferable that the candidate has travelled overseas previously
- Team player who produces quality work that is accurate, complete and on time. Self-motivated able to work on performance based targets
- Must be able to Multi Task with Strong Telephone Communication Skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure. Must be able to work Saturdays
