Job Description

  • To handle the booking process from beginning to end. 
  • Booking of flights, accommodation, car hire etc.
  • Issues/re-issues, vouchers and assisting with visas. 
  • Domestic, regional and full international bookings.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a travel consultant in retail travel.
  • Travel Product Knowledge and understanding of trends and developments within the travel industry.
  • Mithas Travel preferred suppliers and  product knowledge.
  • Knows and understands software packages required to perform own job function including Amadeus.
  • Fares knowledge
  • Customer Care principles
  • Accounting principles / administration
  • Detailed and in-depth knowledge and understanding of the structure, operations, systems, HR policies, and procedures of the organisation
  • Experience in handling complex travel arrangements
